1. Introduction

Welcome to TukioID, a technology platform that connects event organizers and attendees. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not create fraudulent or duplicate accounts.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Service fees are non-refundable. Tickets purchased through TukioID are issued by the event organizer, and TukioID acts solely as a marketplace platform.

4. Event Cancellation & Postponement

Event organizers are solely responsible for cancellations or postponements. TukioID is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other indirect losses resulting from such changes. Refunds, when issued, are handled by the organizer.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers must comply with all applicable laws, obtain necessary permits, handle taxation, and ensure their events are legitimate. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information.

6. Payments & Fraud Protection

TukioID reserves the right to delay, withhold, or investigate payouts for suspected fraud, chargebacks, or verification purposes. We use industry-standard fraud prevention measures.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake events or misleading information
• Ticket scalping or unauthorized resale
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to purchase tickets
• Hacking, scraping, or attempting to compromise platform security
• Spam, harassment, or abusive behavior

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, ticketing systems, and software are the property of Pluton Labs / TukioID. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided as is. TukioID shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. QR Ticket Validation & Anti-Fraud

TukioID uses secure QR code validation. Any attempt to duplicate, forge, or misuse tickets will result in immediate invalidation and potential legal action.

11. Force Majeure

TukioID is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, strikes, government regulations, etc.).
